Production Worker (Early Shift)

As a Production Worker in the egg breaking department, you ensure the automated processing lines run smoothly from early morning. You begin your shift at 05:00 AM by preparing the machinery and checking all incoming batches for production. Throughout the morning, you monitor the continuous breaking and separation process, maintain hygiene standards, and perform quality checks on the egg products. You wrap up your workday by thoroughly sanitizing the production equipment together with your team, leaving a clean workspace ready for the next shift.

This is a position through Staffice at our client, with the prospect of a permanent contract after 3 months of full-time work!

Responsibilities

• Starting up and operating the automated egg breaking equipment at 05:00 AM
• Monitoring the continuous separation of egg whites and egg yolks
• Performing visual quality and food hygiene checks during processing
• Identifying machine stagnations and resolving minor issues immediately
• Sanitizing and cleaning machines, tools, and the department floor at the end of the shift
• Cooperating with team members to process all scheduled orders for the day

Requirements

• Reliable, motivated work attitude and willingness to learn on the job
• Availability to start daily at 05:00 AM
• Readiness to work occasional Saturday shifts according to team planning
• Ability to work until the daily production run is completed
• Good command of either the English or Dutch language
