Machine Operator Food / No Experience Required

As a Production Worker in the egg breaking department, you ensure the production lines run smoothly and efficiently from early morning. You start your shift at 05:00 AM by preparing the machinery and inspecting incoming egg batches for processing. Throughout the day, you monitor the automated separation of egg whites and yolks while conducting continuous quality and hygiene checks. At the end of the shift, you thoroughly sanitize the equipment and work environment with your team so the department is ready for the following production run.

This is a position through Staffice at our client, with the prospect of a permanent contract after 3 months of full-time work!

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring automated egg breaking and separation equipment starting at 05:00 AM
• Checking the proper separation and consistency of egg whites and yolks
• Performing visual quality inspections and monitoring food hygiene guidelines
• Identifying machine stagnations and resolving minor operational disruptions immediately
• Sanitizing machines, processing tools, and the floor area after production
• Cooperating with team members to process all scheduled daily production batches

Requirements

• Reliable, motivated work attitude and willingness to learn practical tasks on the job
• Availability to start daily at 05:00 AM
• Willingness to work occasional Saturday shifts according to team planning
• Ability to work until all planned daily processing is finished
• Good command of either the English or Dutch language
