Warehouse Operator Order & Quality Check – Hoofddorp

As a warehouse operator, you ensure every outgoing pallet matches shipment data and quality standards. Starting at 08:00, you analyze Excel order forms to organize the day's outbound picking queue. You use the EPT to collect freight, assemble balanced pallets, and run quality checks on labels and packaging. Your shift concludes at 17:00 once all inspected pallets are properly wrapped and registered.

Werkzaamheden

• Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for quality and intact packaging
• Auditing physical products against Excel order spreadsheets
• Gathering products using the electric pallet truck (EPT)
• Building stable, uniform pallets ready for long-distance transport
• Sealing pallets securely to prevent damage during transit
• Documenting incorrect stock levels or damaged goods
• Assisting dock workers with staging outbound cargo
• Following warehouse safety and quality procedures

Wij zoeken

• Track record working in warehouse operations
• Hands-on proficiency with an EPT
• Solid skill in verifying order lists using Excel
• Good proficiency in English
• Strong eye for detail and quality compliance
• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
