As a Food & Beverage Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily operations and leadership of a premium hotel environment. Working closely with the Food & Beverage team, you will discover how different outlets operate while helping to create smooth service and memorable guest experiences. During your internship, you will:
- Support the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service outlets.
- Help coordinate team activities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Support colleagues on the floor through guidance, training, and motivation.
- Assist with the planning, organisation, and administration of Food & Beverage operations.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.
- Gain experience in cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budget monitoring.
- Help respond to guest feedback and support service recovery.
- Collaborate with different departments to create seamless guest experiences.
- Develop your understanding of hospitality operations, leadership, and commercial decision-making.
- You will be enrolled at an educational institution throughout the internship.
- You enjoy taking initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You are passionate about hospitality, Food & Beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- You have a guest-focused mindset and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across departments.
- You communicate confidently and stay calm in a dynamic environment.
- You have excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
