Production Worker - Powder Coating

Wat je gaat doen As a production worker powder coating, you will help finish metal products and check their quality. You will work on the powder coating line alongside experienced colleagues who will show you how everything works. You do not need previous experience, a practical attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.Your responsibilities include:

• Hanging metal products on the powder coating line;
• Removing the metal products once the process is complete;
• Checking finished products for damage and coating defects;
• Cleaning, sanding and preparing the metal products;
• Carrying out minor finishing tasks to meet quality standards;
• Identifying and reporting defects or irregularities to your colleagues.

• You will work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no evening or night shifts, so you will be free in the evenings and at weekends.

Wat we je bieden

• A gross hourly wage starting at €15.02, equivalent to approximately €2,603 gross per month based on 40 hours per week;
• A working week of 24 to 40 hours, depending on your availability and the agreed schedule;
• Fixed daytime hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday;
• 25 vacation days based on full-time employment, 8.33% holiday allowance and ADV compensation;
• Travel allowance and pension contributions from your first working day;
• A proper training period with guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities to develop your skills.

Over het bedrijf You will work at an established metalworking company in Varsseveld that manufactures and finishes metal products for different customers and industries.The working environment is practical and informal, with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship. Experienced colleagues will guide you during your training and help you learn the powder coating process.
