We are currently looking for 2 enthusiastic individuals to strengthen our team.
Your Role: Independent Chef-I
Tasks and responsibilities:

Independently preparing lunch and dinner dishes

Performing mise-en-place and preparatory work (cutting, mixing, portioning)

Monitoring the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes

Applying and complying with HACCP and safety regulations
-
Inventory management: ordering, receiving, and checking products
-
Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen appliances and workspaces
-
Contributing ideas regarding recipes, menu changes, and more efficient working methods
-
Supervising compliance with regulations and the work of the auxiliary staff.
We are looking for someone who:

Possesses at least an MBO-3 diploma or MBO 3 working and thinking level

Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
-
Can handle stress and peak workloads well
-
Is able to function well within the dynamics of the restaurant team
-
speaks Dutch or English

Salary in accordance with the hospitality industry collective labor agreement: €2,700-3,200, commensurate with your experience;
