Wat je gaat doen As an Operator, you ensure that the production line runs safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will start with an extensive on-the-job training programme, during which an experienced coach will guide and support you. This allows you to become familiar with the machinery and gain an in-depth understanding of the entire production process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Actively contributing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace.
