As a Food & Beverage Management Intern, you will gain valuable leadership and operational experience within a luxury hotel environment. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, you will learn how to oversee multiple outlets while ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences. During your internship, you will:
- Support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service outlets.
- Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Contribute to staff guidance, training, and motivation on the floor.
- Support the planning, organisation, and administration of various Food & Beverage operations.
- Assist with projects and operational initiatives led by the (Assistant) Food & Beverage Manager.
- Gain exposure to cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budget monitoring.
- Help handle guest feedback and service recovery while maintaining our high service standards.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Develop a strong understanding of hospitality operations, leadership, and commercial decision-making.
We are looking for ambitious hospitality students who are eager to develop their management skills while gaining hands-on experience in luxury Food & Beverage operations.
- You are actively enrolled in an educational institution throughout the internship period.
- You enjoy taking initiative and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest service.
