Over het werk
As a Logistics Administrator, you are the key link between administration, logistics and customer contact. You will work Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00, with flexible shifts. This position is available for 32 to 40 hours per week and offers plenty of opportunities to grow within the organisation and further develop your skills through training and courses.
You will have a high degree of independence and plenty of room to take initiative, while working in a modern logistics environment in Aalsmeer.
You start your day by processing incoming orders in Dynamics. You then keep customer information up to date and coordinate with colleagues in the warehouse. You regularly communicate with customers about storage and transportation and act as a point of contact for drivers arriving at the site. You receive and assist them and make sure everything runs smoothly. You also keep a close eye on whether processes are running as agreed. Do you notice a discrepancy or see an opportunity to improve a process? We expect you to take action, raise the issue and actively think along about a solution.
In short: you won't be sitting behind a desk all day. You are actively involved in the operation and switch throughout the day between administration, customers, drivers and warehouse operations.
Would you like to work in an environment where your accuracy and organisational skills genuinely make a difference?
