As a production employee, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production lines in Waddinxveen. Working in a clean and organized environment, you’ll play a key role in producing, packaging, and preparing our delightful products for shipment. With your attention to detail and proactive attitude, you’ll help ensure everything runs according to plan. This role also offers opportunities for growth, such as advancing to an operator or logistics role.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: ensuring production machines run smoothly and efficiently.
- Refill: keeping materials and ingredients stocked to maintain the production flow.
- Package: carefully packaging products while adhering to quality standards.
- Report: identifying minor issues and communicating them to colleagues or the technical team.
- Collaborate: fostering a positive and productive atmosphere with your team.

- An hourly wage of €16.12, increasing after 26 weeks.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- A full-time role of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
