Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the filling and packaging process running efficiently throughout your shift. You prepare the line, monitor performance and take action when quality or output starts to deviate. In general, your tasks are:

• Preparing machines and production lines before the start of a run.
• Setting and adjusting machine parameters during production.
• Carrying out changeovers when switching products or packaging formats.
• Monitoring output, quality and line performance.
• Performing regular checks on products and packaging.
• Identifying small technical problems and solving them where possible.
• Escalating larger technical issues to the right colleagues.
• Recording production data, checks and deviations correctly.
• Cleaning equipment and keeping the work area safe and organised.
• Coordinating with colleagues during shift changes and production handovers.

Functievereisten:
You do not need experience with these exact products or machines. What matters is that you already understand production work, have some technical feeling and are willing to learn the process properly.

• Experience in a production environment, preferably as an operator or machine operator.
• Technical insight and confidence working with production equipment.
• Experience with machine settings or changeovers is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift schedule.
• Accurate working style with attention to quality and safety.
• Able to work independently while cooperating well with a small team.
• Motivated to develop your technical and operational skills further.
