Join Mifa in Venlo as a Cutting / Brushing Operator and become part of the Extrusion department, where you will be responsible for cutting, deburring and finishing aluminium profiles according to customer specifications and quality requirements.Over de functie
As a Cutting / Brushing Operator, you will set up and adjust machines, monitor the production process and perform quality checks throughout the production cycle. You will use technical drawings, work instructions and production orders to ensure that every product meets the required specifications.
You will also carry out measurements using different precision measuring tools and perform basic machine maintenance when required.
Your responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate and adjust cutting and brushing machines based on technical drawings and production orders.
- Produce and inspect first-off products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and feeler gauges.
- Monitor production processes and make machine adjustments when required.
- Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections and record results digitally.
- Replace machine components and clamps and perform basic maintenance.
- Clean, pack and stack finished products according to production standards.
- Support and train new operators while maintaining a safe and organised workplace.

- Good communication skills in Dutch, English or German

- A gross monthly salary between €2,870 and €3,675, depending on experience and skill level
