As a Revenue Intern based at our Regional Office at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, you will support the Revenue Management team in driving commercial performance across our hotels. Working alongside experienced Revenue Managers, you will gain hands-on exposure to pricing strategies, forecasting, market analysis, and hotel performance reporting, developing valuable analytical and commercial skills within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities * Support the Revenue team in analysing hotel performance, market demand, and competitor trends * Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports * Support the optimisation of pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across multiple properties * Assist with demand forecasting and budgeting activities * Monitor market trends and identify commercial opportunities * Support data analysis to evaluate business performance and revenue results * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to support commercial objectives * Assist with maintaining revenue management systems and rate loading processes * Prepare presentations, reports, and ad hoc analyses for the Revenue team * Support ongoing projects and initiatives within the commercial function * Gain exposure to strategic decision-making and commercial planning across the Dutch portfolio Essential Requirements * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Revenue Management, or a related field * Enrolled in a recognised educational institution for the entire duration of the internship * Strong analytical skills with an interest in commercial decision-making * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data * Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Requirements * Studying Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Revenue Management, or a related field * Interest in commercial strategy, pricing, and business performance * Experience working with data, reports, or analytical projects through studies, part-time work, or extracurricular activities * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * Knowledge of hospitality or commercial systems is an advantage * Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments * Curious, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career within Revenue Management or hospitality commercial functions Your Benefits and Perks * Tasty meal during every shift * Receive €250 for referring another intern * Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment * Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill * Career opportunities across our hotels and corporate teams throughout Europe * Heavily discounted hotel rates * 50% discount in our restaurants and bars * Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers * Fun social events and team celebrations We provide a monthly allowance of €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of job-related expenses.
