As a Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and support of capital equipment installations and upgrades throughout the EMEA region. You will work closely with colleagues from service, sales, marketing, technical support, and logistics teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing standardized installation and service programs for new product launches, upgrades, and evaluations
• Supporting the preparation and execution of medical equipment installations
• Acting as the main point of contact within the service organization for questions regarding standard installations and upgrades
• Managing demonstration equipment pools for congresses, training sessions, and other events
• Creating, managing, and closing service cases within the global service management system
• Maintaining and monitoring install base data
• Creating, releasing, or requesting orders for installations and upgrades
• Coordinating and monitoring logistics processes related to equipment and parts
• Ensuring accurate administrative processing of service activities

Working hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 18:00.
