This is a versatile role that requires more than just administrative skills. You will be responsible for handling and actively following up on incoming emails and customer requests. You ensure that questions are answered in a timely manner and that outstanding matters are properly followed up. You have:
- At least MBO+ level of education and working experience;
- C1-level English, both written and spoken;
