PPHE Hotel Group operates a dynamic regional portfolio of hotels, where the Regional Sales Team collaborates with multiple properties to grow revenue, strengthen client partnerships, and create commercial opportunities. It is a fast-paced, collaborative environment offering exposure to business development, account management, and hospitality sales strategies.
As a Sales Intern, you will support the Regional Sales Team based at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, assisting with proactive sales activities across multiple hotels. From researching potential clients to supporting sales campaigns and commercial initiatives, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while learning how sales contribute to hotel success.
This internship starts in February 2027 and offers a full-time learning experience for 6 to 10 months, aligned with your study requirements.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
* Assist in identifying and researching potential new clients using online tools and databases and assist in the first steps of outreach
* Support the coordination of trade fairs, client events, and sales campaigns by preparing materials, managing logistics, and assisting with follow up
* Conduct basic market research to support sales strategy
Essential Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme, preferably in Hotel or Hospitality Management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
* Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and commercial strategy
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Available to work up to 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months
* You remain enrolled at your university for the full duration of the internship

We provide a monthly allowance starting from €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of job-related expenses.
