Then this is your chance. As a Junior Project Manager, you will work with complex opto-mechanical systems for the world's most advanced high-tech clients and grow in the field of project management.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will guide client projects from assignment to successful delivery. You are the link between the client and the internal organization, ensuring projects are executed according to the agreed goals in terms of Quality, Logistics, Technology & Costs (QLTC).

You will work closely with production, supply chain, quality, and engineering. By maintaining oversight, connecting stakeholders, and monitoring progress, you ensure predictable project execution and satisfied clients.

Concretely, this means:

• You guide client projects from the quotation and order phase to production and delivery;
• You monitor and realize, together with clients and internal stakeholders, the agreed QLTC objectives;
• You coordinate multidisciplinary teams across production, supply chain, quality, and engineering;
• You manage planning, risks, changes, and client expectations throughout the project cycle;
• You help resolve operational and technical challenges and drive successful project execution;
• With guidance from experienced project managers, you grow toward taking on more responsibility and larger projects.

What we expect from you

• You have completed an HBO or WO education with a technical background, such as Mechanical Engineering (WTB), Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics;
• You have 2 to 3 years of work experience, for example as an engineer or manufacturing engineer in a high-tech environment, and you aim to grow into a role as a project manager;
• You have an affinity for production processes and operational project execution;
• You communicate effectively and know how to connect stakeholders efficiently;
• You are pragmatic, hands-on, and results-oriented;
• You have a strong command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a requirement.
