In this role, you will act as the point of contact for customers and ensure that logistics processes run smoothly. You will combine customer contact with process monitoring, administration, and improvement initiatives. You will be given a high level of independence, work closely with various departments, and directly contribute to delivering excellent service levels.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound order flows
- Taking proactive and preventive actions to keep customer processes running smoothly
- Handling customer questions, incidents, and complaints
- Monitoring progress of issues through to resolution
- Identifying recurring operational issues and proposing improvements
- Providing customers with accurate information about services
- Supporting daily and weekly customer meetings and reviews
- Planning and prioritising workload while monitoring SLAs and service agreements
- Maintaining customer processes, work instructions, and documentation
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues within the Customer Service department
- Preparing and maintaining reports, invoicing information, complaint overviews, and KPI reports
- Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500
- Temporary employment contract through Manpower
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre
