Logistics Pricing & Inside Sales Specialist - Hoofddorp

In this position, you operate as the link between commercial sales and logistics execution. Your day begins with evaluating client inquiries for global transport and calculating sharp, market-aligned prices. You align these proposals with operational colleagues to ensure seamless execution. During the day, you stay in touch with clients and global suppliers to follow up on proposals and secure maximum customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• Preparing and actively following up on air and sea freight quotes
• Calculating cost structures, tariffs, and margins
• Advising clients on global transport and logistics options
• Synchronizing client expectations with operational departments
• Building and maintaining relationship networks with suppliers and clients
• Monitoring freight market trends to evaluate current pricing
• Managing order files from initial price quote to final processing

We are looking for

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics operations
• Strong commercial orientation and hands-on drive
• Experience with pricing mechanisms and inside sales in freight forwarding
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
• Full readiness to start working per October
