- You enjoy being the friendly and professional point of contact for our guests throughout the night.
- You confidently handle late check-ins, early check-outs and guest requests, always with care and a smile.
- You actively assist with guest queries and complaints, finding solutions and ensuring our guests feel heard and supported.
- Completing night audit procedures, financial reports and administrative tasks accurately is an important part of your role.
- You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility during night shifts.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and easily connect with guests and colleagues from different backgrounds.
- You stay calm, organised and professional, even when unexpected situations arise.
- Your biggest motivation? Exceeding our guests' expectations and creating a welcoming, safe and professional environment throughout the night.
- Previous experience in a Front Office, Night Receptionist or Night Audit role is a plus.
