As an Independent Chef, you will play an active role in the daily preparation of dishes for our popular restaurant concept. You will help ensure that our guests enjoy fresh and flavorful meals from our wok, grill, à la carte, and takeaway kitchens. Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitoring taste, quality, and presentation of meals
- Working in compliance with HACCP food safety guidelines
- Inspecting and checking incoming deliveries
- Managing and monitoring stock levels
- Supporting kitchen assistants and junior team members
- Collaborating with colleagues to create an excellent guest experience
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,200
- Immediate prospect of a permanent contract
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)

- Completed MBO Level 3 qualification in Culinary Arts, Independent Chef, Hospitality, or a related field
- Previous experience as a chef in a restaurant, hotel, or large-scale kitchen
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively during busy service periods
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Strong team player with a genuine passion for cooking
