Inbound Warehouse Employee

As an Inbound Warehouse Employee in Hoofddorp, you manage incoming goods and process all related data. You check shipments, register products in the system, and ensure that inventory records remain accurate. Your workday consists mainly of computer work within a logistics environment, coordinating with team members to process daily stock smoothly. You work for our client through Staffice from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

Tasks

• Register arriving shipments in the warehouse system
• Inspect incoming goods for quantity and damage
• Update inventory status using desktop applications
• Process shipping documentation and labels
• Communicate with the warehouse team regarding stock updates
• Solve small discrepancies in incoming data

We are looking for

• Experience working in a logistics environment
• Good command of the English language
• Proficiency with basic computer systems
• Accurate and detail-oriented work attitude
