Pick and Packer | EPT Driver

Are you looking for a stable job in logistics where you can really roll up your sleeves? Kickstart your workday as an EPT driver in a large and dynamic distribution center! You will be working for one of our clients in Hoofddorp, the absolute specialist in distributing exotic products. The pace is fast, to make sure all orders leave on time. You start the day with a nice cup of coffee, have a quick and to-the-point check-in with your team leader, and dive straight into the distribution center. You collect orders using the EPT, move goods, and get freight ready for transport. You stay physically active, keep an overview, and put your shoulders into it together with your team! This is not a temporary gig, but a stable job for the long term!

Responsibilities:

• Order picking exotic products at a high pace in the distribution center.
• Operating an EPT smoothly and skilfully to move goods quickly and safely.
• Transporting freight and stock to loading docks, storage areas, and delivery vehicles.
• Performing physical work and stacking goods neatly and tightly for shipment.
• Keeping an overview and working hard during busy peak times.
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Working closely with your team and coordinating with connected stores.
• Regularly working extra hours on busy days if you want to make extra hours.

What we are looking for:

• Required and proven experience operating an EPT.
• A true doer who is physically fit and loves hard and fast-paced work.
• A reliable team member looking for stability and a long-term commitment.
• Available for the fixed working hours from 06:00 to 15:00.
• Willingness to step on the gas two Saturdays per month from 06:00 to 11:00.
• Good command of Dutch or English for clear communication.
• Living in or near Hoofddorp, such as Amsterdam, Aalsmeer, Haarlem, or Nieuw-Vennep.

What we offer:

• An attractive salary that perfectly matches your effort and experience.
• A great 50% allowance on all hours worked on Saturday.
• Plenty of opportunities to regularly work extra hours.
• A fantastic working atmosphere where teamwork and celebrating success come first.
• Attractive employee discount on the entire product range of delicious exotic items.
• Travel allowance for your commute.
• Various opportunities for personal growth and development within logistics.
• A spot in an enthusiastic, committed, and multicultural team.
