What you’ll do
The incumbent serves as chauffeur to ensure efficient transportation services to the Embassy and related Agencies. In accordance with Dutch law and USG regulations, deliver personnel, correspondence, and light freight to local offices and/or neighboring towns and countries as instructed. Assists with administrative duties, such as filling out reports, gas and mileage records and performs cleaning of the official vehicles and workspace as directed. Smith System Safe Driving Trainer.
Operates a fully equipped GOV and performs security-related duties while transporting U.S. Gov. officials and visitors - 65% Serves as Smith Driving instructor - 25% Delivers documents and/or invitations. Transports/Delivers parcels or pouches to and from the Embassy - 5% Performs other duties as assigned - 5
What we ask (minimal requirements to apply)

Education: Completion of secondary school required.

Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a chauffeur, dispatcher, or mechanic required.

Languages: English: Good working knowledge. Dutch: Good working knowledge. (This may be tested.)

Skills And Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills. Must have a valid, current driver’s license B. To drive a government vehicle must be 25 years of age or older OR have had a valid driver’s license B for a minimum of five years.
What we offer

Annual salary of EUR 40,688 - EUR 52,887 (based on a 44-hour work week)
