Production Worker Metal

As a Production Worker, you help make metal products. You will start with simple tasks and learn the production process step by step. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the products are made correctly and meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading products at the machines;
• Checking the size and quality of products using measuring tools;
• Performing simple finishing work;
• Reporting problems or defects in the production process;
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised.

A a Production Worker you will work carefully and have the opportunity to learn new tasks. As you gain more experience, you can grow and develop within the company.

You will work full-time in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday. On the Friday there are slighty different times so your weekend start a bit earlier!

• Earlyshift: 06:00 tot 14:30;
• Afternoonshiftt: 14:30 tot 23:00;
• Nightshift: 22:30 tot 06:00.

• A salary of € 20,54 to € 21,19 gross per hour, including shift allowance;
• Travel allowance of € 0,21 per kilometer
• 27 vacation days, 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days, and 8% holiday allowance;
• Pension from your first working day;

• You speak the English language;
• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required;
