Responsibilities * Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude. * Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently while delivering an exceptional guest experience. * Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests accurately. * Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. * Respond to guest enquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. * Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. * Contribute to achieving guest satisfaction targets and departmental objectives. Essential Requirements * A passion for hospitality and guest service. * Excellent communication skills in English. * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Positive, professional, and proactive attitude. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Requirements * Previous experience in a hotel front office, reception, customer service, or hospitality role. * Experience working with hotel reservation or property management systems. * Dutch language skills are an advantage. * Additional foreign language skills are highly desirable.
