Tasks
Main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, dental professionals, and key customers.
- Introduce new products, communicate innovations, and support sales campaigns to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, trade shows, and industry events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable orthodontic solutions based on individual requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings using professional sales materials and clinical knowledge.
- Drive sales growth by presenting customer-focused solutions and demonstrating the value of the GC Orthodontics portfolio.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize customer retention and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management, to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training, coaching, and professional development activities.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Independent, proactive, and motivated to build long-term customer relationships.
- Experience or educational background in dental technology, orthodontics, healthcare, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and SAP is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within heel Netherland.
