About ARTIC
ARTIC Technologies is a young, dynamic company developing advanced microscale fluid control solutions inspired by nature. Our first focus is to enable scientists create to better models for preclinical drug testing by offering a user-friendly platform for cell culture. This platform makes cell culture models more human-representative and increases their reproducibility, without compromising ease of use. This saves time and costs in drug development, while ultimately reducing animal tests.
Spun off from Eindhoven University of Technology, we use Magnetic Artificial Cilia (MAC) technology to move and control fluids with high precision. These tiny, nature-inspired hairs enable gentle, contactless fluid flow, which is ideal for complex in-vitro models.
We believe advanced technologies can contribute to a world where both human and the planet thrive. That’s why we are dedicated to transforming disruptive fluid manipulation technologies from the lab into real-world solutions.
Why this role matters
At ARTIC, we are developing a dynamic and scalable cell culture platform that enables more predictive in-vitro models for drug development. As our technology moves from development and validation towards broader market adoption, understanding the needs of our customers and building strong relationships with them becomes increasingly important.
As our Business Developer, you will help us identify where our technology can create the most value. You will engage with potential customers and partners, understand the challenges they face in their current workflows, and work closely with our CTO and R&D team to explore how ARTIC's technology could address these challenges.
This is not just about selling a product. Especially at our current stage, business development means listening carefully to the market, building long-term relationships and translating what we learn into decisions about our product, applications and commercial strategy.
It is a great time to join ARTIC. You will work in a small, ambitious team where your experiments, observations and ideas will have an immediate impact on both the technology and the company.

- Supporting business and market strategy development.
- Supporting the discovery and evaluation of new applications for ARTIC's technology together with the technical team.
Of course, you will not be doing this alone. You will work closely with our CTO and CEO and collaborate with our R&D and application teams to connect market needs with the development of our technology.
