As a Production Worker, you will be busy every day processing fresh fruit and vegetables at a large specialist company. You’ll work on the production floor, teaming up with your colleagues to ensure fresh, high-quality products. No two days are the same: one moment you’re peeling and cutting vegetables, the next you’re finishing salads or packaging products. You’ll use both manual methods and machines. Keeping your workspace clean and following the correct procedures is also part of your role. You’ll work Monday through Saturday, with two Saturdays per month and two days off each week, giving you a flexible five-day workweek. Your working day starts between 06:00 and 08:00 and ends between 16:00 and 17:00.
- Processing raw fruit and vegetables, such as peeling and removing seeds
- Cutting fruit and vegetables by hand and by machine
- Packing and repacking products according to quality standards
- Finishing salads and other dishes on the production line
- Manually filling containers according to instructions
- Checking the correct weight and labeling on products
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools

Wat wij vragen
- At least a bachelor-level (HBO) way of working and thinking
- 0 to 1 year of experience as a Production Worker, Operator, or Warehouse Worker
- Dutch language skills sufficient to understand instructions
- Living within 30 kilometers of Ridderkerk
- Available to work 38 to 45 hours per week, including two Saturdays per month
