Production worker packaging

• Work on the production line: cutting, lifting, packing, and packaging cheese products efficiently and accurately;
• Maintain a clean workspace: follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe and organized working environment;
• Collaborate with colleagues: communicate effectively within a diverse team to keep production running smoothly;
• Work in shifts: commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week, including evening and night shifts, with flexibility in scheduling;
• Invest in your growth: participate in internal training programs and explore opportunities for career advancement, such as becoming a bandleider or transitioning to other roles.

• A salary of €16.31 per hour;
• Evening and night shift allowances of 130% (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and 140% (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM);
• Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position;
• Flexible hours: work between 24 and 36 hours per week;
• 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days;
• Travel allowance from 10 km, up to €8.32 per day;
• Internal training and career advancement opportunities, such as becoming a team leader or operator.

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift system:  Morning: 06:00 - 14:00 Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00 Night: 22:00 - 06:00;
• Availability for at least 3 days per week across different shifts;
• Dutch and/or English language skills at B1 level or higher;
• Physically fit and able to handle cheese blocks weighing up to 15 kg;
• Living near Kaatsheuvel and able to travel to work independently.
