Are you precise, motivated, and do you enjoy working in a clean and well-organized environment? As a Cleanroom Operator, you will make sure that components are carefully cleaned, inspected, and packaged for customers in the high-tech industry.
This is a varied position where accuracy, quality, and teamwork are key.
What will you do?
In this role, you will work in a cleanroom environment where precision and quality are essential. You will work with customers from the high-tech, medical, automotive, and aerospace industries — sectors where there is no room for error and where your work directly contributes to the final product.As a Cleanroom Operator, you will play an important role in cleaning, inspecting, and packaging components. You will work according to clear protocols and detailed work instructions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning components using modern machines or manually
- (Dis)assembling components based on technical drawings
- Performing detailed quality inspections, including inspections using UV lamps
Packaging components in the cleanroom to ensure they arrive at the customer in perfect condition
You will work in a modern, safe, and well-organized environment where teamwork and quality are highly valued.

Wie ben je?What are we looking for?
- MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level
- Experience in a cleanroom or assembly environment is a plus, but not required — we are happy to train you
- Good command of English; Dutch is a plus
- You work accurately and independently and have a flexible attitude
- You are available to work in shifts: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00
