Pre productionworker

As a preproduction worker, you’ll handle tasks like labeling, assembling, and carefully packaging components in our modern warehouse. You’ll also perform visual quality checks and prepare orders for production while maintaining an organized workspace. Your role ensures smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with a small team of 3–6 colleagues, fostering a supportive and efficient environment. During your first month, you’ll receive structured training and guidance from an experienced colleague, helping you master each task step by step. This hands-on approach ensures you can confidently work independently in a well-organized and streamlined setting.

• Gross monthly salary of €2,598 (€14.99 per hour).
• Temporary contract with potential for long-term employment.
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours (07:30–16:30).
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km and free parking.
• Modern warehouse, easily accessible by public transport.
• Equal pay principle, including allowances and time-off-in-lieu.

• MBO level 2 or 3 in technical/logistics field
• Experience in production or assembly is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Dutch and/or English
• Ability to work manually and with precision
• Willingness to occasionally work extra hours
