The Job
As F&B Supervisor at The 51, you are an important part of the daily operation. You support the F&B team, help organize the workflow, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and colleagues. You are visible on the floor and help create a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Together with the Restaurant Manager, you help maintain service quality, support the team’s development, and contribute to the continued success of The 51.
What you'll do
Lead, coach, and motivate a F&B team
Be visible in the restaurant and jump in when needed
Create and manage weekly team schedules
Create memorable experiences for our guests
Build connections with our guests, locals, and the neighborhood
Improve operational efficiency
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager
Bring creative ideas to life and help make The 51 even better
