THE POSITION

As an HR Coordinator you oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyse HR trends and metrics, resolve complex issues, suggest HR strategies aligned with business goals, improve work relationships and productivity, build morale and increase retention.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.

• Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparing documentation, coordinating introductions, and ensuring all required steps are completed.

• Maintain accurate employee records and process HR changes within the HR system.

• Prepare employment documents, letters, reports, and other HR-related administration.

• Support key Learning and Development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking participation, and communicating with employees and training providers.

• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding general HR questions.

• Support the HR team with employee relations, performance management, absence management, and other HR processes.

• Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and checking relevant employee information.

• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

• Contribute to HR projects related to employee engagement, recruitment, development, well-being, and process improvement.

• Assist with HR reporting and ensure employee data remains accurate and complete.

• Work closely with colleagues across the hotels and headquarters to support consistent HR processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• Basic HR knowledge and familiarity with local labour laws.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

• At least two years of previous work experience in HR.

• Excellent people management skills.

• Analytical and goal oriented attitude.
