Vacaturebeschrijving As system sales admin coordinator you will be responsible for booking service contracts, ensuring ad-hoc billable quotes are completed on time, and checking the completeness and accuracy of service cases/work orders upon closure in the GSMS/SAP environment. To do so, you will need a good command of the English language, experience with SAP, and the ability to work with the programs of Microsoft Office. What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   

• Handling of billable and preventative maintenance quotes
• Collaborating with key stakeholders in the service organization
• Coordinating activities related to service operations
• Executing SAP transactions 
• Maintaining daily workload/dashboards/incoming communication 
• Booking services contracts 
• Handling Technical Services Assistance (TAC) requests 
• Occasionally carrying out Credits and re-billing 
• Collecting required data to complete service-related quality records
• Administrating and archiving quality records into service system Servicemax
• Installing base investigations/corrections
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of service activities

Working hours
