Functieomschrijving:
As a logistics worker in Kampen, you are essential to the daily logistical process. Your workday usually starts in the order picking department, where you accurately gather orders using a modern voice picking system. Already have experience with these systems? That's a plus. Never done this before? No worries, we'll teach you all the necessary skills on the job. You will be working in a 2-shift rotation, which offers a great balance in your weekly schedule.Once you fully master the products and internal processes, various growth opportunities will open up. For instance, you could move to the dispatch (expedition) or inbound departments, or get trained as a reach truck driver. Your daily tasks consist of accurately gathering and processing orders. You will use an electric pallet truck (EPT) to move goods safely through the warehouse, where stacking products neatly is of great importance. Additionally, you contribute to a smooth logistical flow and maintain an organized workplace, performing all logistical tasks with a strong focus on both speed and quality.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
