TheRole

AsChiefProduct&TechnologyOfficer,you'llberesponsibleforElockers'entireproductandtechnologyorganisation,fromstrategyandarchitecturetoexecutionanddelivery,acrossourownplatformandwhite-labelbusiness.

You'lljoinourManagementTeam,reportdirectlytotheCEOandleadourHeadofEngineering,whoreportsintothisrole.Together,you'llensureourtechnologyorganisationisalignedaroundoneclearproductvisionandonesharedglobalroadmap.

Thisisnotapurelystrategicleadershipposition.We'relookingforsomeonewhoenjoysbeingclosetothebusinessandtheteams,whocantranslatecommercialambitionintoascalableproductandtechnologystrategy,andwhoiscomfortablemakingdifficultprioritisationcallsasnewmarketsandopportunitiesopenup.

You'rehands-onenoughtostillwritecodeyourselfandleadbyexample.Notbecauseweexpectyoutoshipfeatureseveryweek,butbecauseitkeepsyouclosetothework,letsyouchallengeassumptionswithauthorityandearnsyoutherespectoftheengineersyoulead.
