As a Technical Operator, you play an important role in supporting technical operations within a high-tech, GMP-regulated production environment. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the production line runs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.You will work closely with technicians, operators, and the line lead to ensure smooth production processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Effective communication, collaboration, and a strong focus on quality are essential to maintaining reliable operations and achieving production targets.

Functieomschrijving:
Your functional responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and optimizing (semi-)automated production equipment in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirements
• Performing initial troubleshooting and identifying technical issues or deviations within the production process
• Managing administrative activities in SAP/MES, ensuring accurate and timely recording of process and batch-related information
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting process data to identify trends, support improvements, and enhance process performance
• Assisting with line preparation, equipment changeovers, calibrations, and preventive maintenance activities
• Maintaining compliance with safety procedures, hygiene requirements, and cleanroom standards at all times
• Actively participating in continuous improvement programs, including LEAN and 5S initiatives

• You are fluent in English.
• Experience as a technical operator.
• You thrive in a structured environment where clear procedures are followed and no deviations are permitted.
• You are comfortable commuting.
• You are willing to work in three shifts.
• Working with process/data processing ERP systems (SAP/MES).
• Working with Standard Operating Processes

• A competitive gross monthly salary of €4,299 bruto including shift allowance and a 13th-month bonus, excluding holiday allowance.
