Logistics employee preparing events

As a logistics employee at a fixed location in Amsterdam, you play a key role in preparing large-scale events across the Netherlands. Your shift starts by reviewing outgoing orders, gathering necessary event gear, and verifying that every shipment is complete. You continuously coordinate with team members across different departments and organize packed transport carts for the dispatch area. Depending on operational speed during peak seasons, your schedule varies across morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Selecting and packing required equipment for upcoming events
• Performing thorough quality and quantity checks on picked items
• Collaborating with different internal teams to streamline workflow
• Staging transport carts and securing cargo for dispatch
• Handling incoming returns and unloading delivery trucks
• Taking on technical cleaning or dishwashing tasks if desired
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

We are looking for

• Background in logistics or hospitality
• Proficiency in the English language
• Dependable attitude and high adaptability
• Willingness to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
