Functieomschrijving:
As Team Leader – High Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 75 to 100 employees. You oversee the entire production process, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a large production team.
• Monitoring daily production activities and ensuring planning targets are achieved.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality.
• Conducting performance and absence-related discussions with team members.
• Resolving operational issues and responding quickly to production challenges.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Working closely with other departments to achieve production goals.
• Reporting operational results and improvement initiatives to the Production Manager.

Working HoursThis position is based in Venlo and is performed in a two-shift schedule. Occasionally, you'll be required to work during a weekend shift when needed.

• A completed MBO-level education or an equivalent vocational qualification.
• Experience leading teams within a production or manufacturing environment.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
