You bring strong expertise in end-to-end Finance processes, particularly within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain and have a proven track record of leading service delivery within shared services, global business services (GBS) or multinational organizations.
You know how to balance operational performance with stakeholder expectations and are comfortable navigating complex environments involving multiple countries, functions and external service providers.
You are a strong relationship builder who can influence across organizational boundaries and drive sustainable improvements through collaboration, data-driven decision making and a customer-focused mindset.

What we're looking for
- University degree and at least 3 years of related experience, or a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing Finance Operations, Service Delivery teams, Shared Services or Global Business Services organizations.
- Proven experience leading teams of significant scale within transactional finance environments.
- Strong practical experience within Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, Sales Reconciliation or similar finance operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, service performance management, operational controls, SLAs and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience managing service delivery through outsourced service providers, BPO partners and delivery centers.
- Experience governing vendor performance through service reviews, contractual SLAs, KPI management, escalation handling and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leading root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities.
- Fluent English and proven experience working within a global and matrixed business environment.

You have successfully led large transactional finance teams, partnered with external providers and driven improvements in service quality, operational performance and customer experience in a multinational environment.

You will:
- Oversee Finance service delivery across internal operations teams and outsourced partners, ensuring agreed SLAs, KPIs, controls and service commitments are consistently achieved.
- Monitor operational performance, identify risks, performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to secure service stability.
- Act as the key link between Finance Service Managers, Finance Experts, operational teams, markets and outsourced service providers to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution.
- Lead vendor governance activities, including service reviews, performance management, escalation handling and continuous improvement planning.
- Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Implement solutions that improve service quality, compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across teams and partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, increase automation and improve user and customer experience.
- Lead and develop Team Leaders and Finance Experts, building organizational capability and future leadership strength.
- Ensure Finance services are delivered with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness and exceptional stakeholder experience.
