Your responsibilities
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and safe operations that support product availability and customer satisfaction.
You will:
- Execute core fulfilment and support processes efficiently using available systems and tools
- Ensure high goods availability through accurate and timely operational execution
- Contribute to smooth daily operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost conscious way
- Follow and promote all health, safety, and security guidelines to create a safe environment
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve operational performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and ideas
- Take responsibility for your assigned area to meet operational goals before the start of each day
- Contribute to delivering a great customer experience across all touchpoints
