As a Machine Operator, you play a key role in keeping the production process running safely and efficiently. You'll operate and maintain machines, perform quality checks, and resolve minor technical issues independently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring machine performance and reporting malfunctions
• Performing product and mold changeovers
• Testing finished products according to quality standards
• Working in line with quality, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Following Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping guidelines
• Reporting to the Shift Leader at the end of your shift

You'll work in a 5-shift rotation, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts, offering plenty of variety.

Wat wij vragen

To succeed as a Machine Operator, you have:

• Experience as a Machine Operator, Process Operator, Production Worker, or in a similar role
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English
• Basic technical skills and the ability to solve minor machine malfunctions
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Your own transportation (bike, scooter, or car)
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system

• Gross monthly salary of €3,300 - €3,500, including a 28% shift allowance
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
