As an Assembly Mechanic, you will join an international market leader in food processing technology. Together with your colleagues, you will build advanced, customer-specific machines that are used by leading food manufacturers around the world. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to work on unique machines and continuously develop your technical skills. From mechanical assembly to testing and final optimization, you will be involved throughout the entire build process.What will you do?
As an Assembly Mechanic, you will work on innovative equipment that is delivered to customers worldwide. Using technical drawings and work instructions, you will assemble complete machines and ensure they are fully operational before shipment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and assembling complete machines and production systems;
- Installing mechanical and mechatronic components;
- Working with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems;
- Testing, adjusting and inspecting machines;
- Solving technical challenges during the assembly process;
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and more efficient working methods.

In addition, you will enjoy a flexible start to your working day, choosing your own start time between 06:00 and 08:30.

- A full-time position in day shift (32 hours per week is also negotiable);

Requirements:
- Completed technical vocational education (MBO Level 3 or 4) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field;
- At least 3 years of experience in machine building, mechanical assembly or a similar technical environment;
- Experience in the food processing industry is considered an advantage;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
- You have your own accommodation and transport;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Strong technical insight with excellent attention to detail;
- Good command of either the English language or German language, both spoken and written;
- Dutch language skills at a minimum A2 level.
