Triodos is looking for a temporary Change/Business Analyst ServiceNow. This is a temporary role for 32h per week. This is a senior role so more experience than requested is also welcome.

As a Senior Change Analyst, you play a pivotal role in shaping banking solutions, ensuring they meet both customer and business needs and our impact objectives. Your work bridges business vision, regulatory requirements and technical execution, delivering innovative, coherent and customer centric solutions that reflect our values.
The Change Analyst translates complex business challenges and opportunities into actionable requirements, enabling EPTs to build the right solutions that create positive impact. You work closely with the Product Manager and other EPT members and drive the definition, analysis, viability and refinement of business and information requirements to ensure that what is built aligns with customer and business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.
We are looking for someone who has hands on experience implementing ServiceNow IRM, preferably at a financial institution. Some of challenges on our roadmap currently:
• Making the risk and control framework more efficient by introducing risk roll up and common controls
• Improving the entity hierarchy
• Implementing Privacy Mgt
• Performing the upgrade to Australia Release
We look for someone with strong communication skills so they can align with stakeholders to understand and rely more on the baseline functionality that ServiceNow is providing.
You:
• IRM ServiceNow knowledge is a must, Privacy Management knowledge is pre
• Support and maintain the SN Platform on a functional level, together with the Product Manager and the EY team
• Eliciting, documenting, and refining business and information requirements through stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and data exploration
• Breaking down business challenges into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items and supporting the Product Manager in prioritizing the backlog
• Ensuring products are embedded effectively, driving business change, supporting control testing and maintaining functional stability
• Using feedback, performance data, and market insights to drive continuous improvement in both the product and internal processes
