What will you do?
As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS). You will support site management, ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and help create a strong quality culture across the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS);
- Ensuring quality governance and compliance across logistics operations;
- Promoting a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement;
- Coordinating internal and external audits and following up on improvement actions;
- Monitoring customer, legal and third-party quality requirements;
- Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting process optimization;
- Advising and supporting management and operational teams on quality-related matters.

What do you bring?
- Proven experience in quality management within a logistics or operational environment;
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit methodologies;
- Experience with compliance and continuous improvement;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- A proactive, structured and detail-oriented mindset;
- Good command of the English language.

- A salary between €3,500 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience;
