About this vacancy

As a Soil Advisor, you play a crucial role in investigating soil quality for planned excavation routes. Using our own application, which contains all the necessary data, you conduct administrative preliminary research. This enables you to provide the client with clear advice on the condition of the soil. Thanks to your accuracy, analytical skills, and quick decision-making, you arrive at well-founded conclusions that are immediately valuable. Your decisive attitude also helps in making choices when sufficient information is available. In this way, you ensure our clients always have a solid foundation to build on. You have a good sense of how much time you need for your workload. The work environment is dynamic, requiring a high degree of independence. Together, you share responsibility for the goals of the team and the department.

This employer is evolving rapidly and actively developing new products for environmental consulting. This excites you, and you enjoy tackling complex issues where a ready-made solution may not always exist. Your proactive attitude ensures that the client is well served and looks back on the collaboration with satisfaction. A new training program will begin on June 1.

• gathering all the necessary information to make the right decisions.
• coordinating with all involved parties, such as clients, consulting firms, municipalities, environmental agencies, and/or provinces. You have no issues picking up the phone when matters become more complex.
• contributing to success by proactively thinking about possible process improvements and developing yourself.

In addition, do you bring: • Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working. • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. • Experience with complex administrative processes: you quickly adapt to new systems. • Flexibility and enthusiasm to be part of a growing organization. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Availability of at least 32 hours per week. • The ability to start on June 1st. • Customer focus: you understand that everything we do ultimately impacts our customers, and you act accordingly.
