- +5 years of experience in planning, driving output and measuring marketing performance (business). In addition, you have experience in defining marketing KPIs aligned with strategic objectives as well as experience from retail, preferably home furnishing sector.
- Deep knowledge of data analysis as well as of techniques for following up and measuring activity efficiency and effectiveness using relevant tools and technology as well as of current marketing trends, developments, and performance metrics.
- You have broad knowledge of marketing technology as well as of the IKEA omni-channel reality and online customer behaviours. Further, you have broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision as well as of IKEA tools, processes and cycles as well as of Group strategies, priorities and business planning process as well as of operational plans and goals including follow up on KPIs.
- Good knowledge of change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management.
- Ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of Commercial as an integrated part of the business.
- Good leadership capabilities including ability to lead peers and stakeholders while communicating in an inspirational way with the IKEA tone of voice combined with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions with speed and simplicity combined with ability to apply an analytical and problem-solving mindset to identify trends and solve complex problems.
- You have ability to take a holistic view of a global organisation and identify business opportunities accordingly as well as ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve planning and performance moving forward.
- GA or any other marketing technology experiences are plus.
- Any other marketing effective and performance management experience as well as research background is bonus.
- Excellent in Excel and PPT.
- Korean language and English communication skill is a pre-requisite.

- Lead marketing performance strategy through KPI management, ROI optimization, and data-driven decision making
- Drive omnichannel growth by translating customer, media, and commercial insights into actionable marketing plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business goals, marketing execution, and performance outcomes
- Build scalable measurement frameworks using analytics, attribution, and first-party data insights
- Foster agile ways of working, continuous optimization, and a high-performance team culture
- Leverage AI-enabled analytics and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the marketing planning process by aligning marketing strategy and retail plans with overall business objectives
