Are you accurate and do you enjoy working with different materials and machines? For our client in Waalwijk, we are looking for a Production Employee for the Preparation Department. Together with a team of four colleagues, you will transform bulk materials into precisely sized components used in the production of custom-made sandwich panels.

What will you do?

You will work with materials such as foam, wood, and composite. Using production lists, you will cut and calibrate these materials to the required dimensions.

• Adjust materials to the correct thickness using various saws and calibration machines;
• Cut materials to size at your own workstation;
• Calibrate material thickness using a thickness planer;
• Label components according to the production list and sort them onto transport carts;
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

Since every sandwich panel is custom-made, you will work with different production lists and dimensions every day.

Our client, located in Waalwijk, manufactures custom-made sandwich panels for the commercial vehicle and body-building industry. Quality and flexibility are at the heart of their production process, which combines innovative machinery with an efficient workflow.

What do we expect from you?

• You work accurately and enjoy working as part of a team;
• You can read production lists or are willing to learn;
• You speak Dutch or English.

What do we offer?

• A full-time position in a close-knit team of four colleagues;
• Varied work with different materials, sizes, and machines;
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
• Three breaks per day, totaling one hour;
• The opportunity to listen to music while you work;
• An hourly wage of €16.24, with a starting rate of €15.88 during the first four weeks;
• 25% overtime allowance for hours worked above 40 per week.
