As Sales Team Leader your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive sales growth by understanding our customers’ needs, analysing the local market, and monitoring competition to prioritise products and services that enhance profitability.
- Leading day-to-day operations and team development on the shop floor to deliver performance outcomes
- Responsible for execution of central solution and ways of working as well as development and constant improvement of local ways of working and internal service agreements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, sharing insights with both customers and team members.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across both channels, consistently meeting customer expectations.
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain an organised, well-stocked environment, ensuring the IKEA product range is presented in an inspiring and engaging way.
- Consistently analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline processes and drive business results.
